General information only. These figures are calculated from the spend you enter and the card terms we've collected. We haven't considered your objectives, financial situation or needs, and this isn't a recommendation. Consider whether a card suits you and read the provider's terms before applying. Figures are estimates; terms change; crypto is volatile.
Coinbase One Card
- 2% back in bitcoin on every eligible purchase at the entry tier, with no cap on the 2% rate
- Up to 4% on the first $10,000 a month for members holding $200,000+ on Coinbase (2.5% from $10,000, 3% from $50,000)
- No card annual fee and no foreign transaction fee
- Needs a paid Coinbase One membership: Basic annual at $49.99/yr is the cheapest route, and the monthly Basic plan does not qualify
- US only (not US territories) and subject to a credit check; the secured fallback needs a USDC deposit from $100
Gemini Credit Card
- No annual fee and no foreign transaction fee, both stated in the WebBank cardholder agreement
- Rewards are usually credited in crypto at the moment of purchase, in BTC or another asset you choose
- 4% on gas, EV charging, transit, taxis and rideshare (first $300 a month), 3% on dining and 2% on groceries
- General spend outside the bonus categories earns 1%
- The 4% category rate only covers the first $300 of that spend each month
